Can you deliver to my area?
We deliver to customers within an 8km radius of our store at the Preston Market. This includes the following postcodes - 3044, 3046, 3052, 3054, 3055, 3056, 3057, 3058, 3060, 3066, 3068, 3070, 3071, 3072, 3073, 3074, 3075, 3079, 3081, 3083, 3084, 3085, 3102, 3010.
Is there a minimum home delivery order?
Yes we have a minimum order of $40.
How much does delivery cost?
We charge $8.95 for delivery and this covers processing your order, packing, delivery and fuel costs.
What are your delivery days?
We deliver Monday to Friday.
What time do I have to lodge my order to receive it that day?
The cut off time for same-day delivery is 9am. Any orders received after that will be processed the following day.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Taking into account the current Covid-19 lockdown restrictions we currently offer an in-store pickup with our online shopping service. Please note that once restrictions ease that this service may no longer be available.
I have a problem processing my order. What should I do?
We kindly ask that you contact us via email and we will do our very best to fix any problems you might be having. Home delivery is a new service that we are offering and we thank you in advance for your patience as we iron out any wrinkles in the system :-)
My items are damaged, lost or stolen. What should I do?
Please contact as within 48 hours if your item is damaged or missing and we will endeavour to respond to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we do not accept liability for any items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
